I've really been working out hard. Look at my progress so far:
I know I know....I'm talking about working out again. But you all don't understand how much better I am feeling! I was really dragging ass from having a bunk thyroid that I am just so jazzed out to be feeling great again!!!

I was just getting over my guilty feelings for not going to the gym today.
Thought of you when I saw the Steelers were playing the Redskins tonight. I was hoping maybe the Redskins got you into the game.
